Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout:

• Canada: 3-7 business days
• United States: 5-10 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (varies by country)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at cs@artofepic.com.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for a different size or color.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, contact customer service, and we’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost.
